1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to SKTRONIX. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the SKTRONIX assessment and certification platform. By registering for an assessment, making a payment, accessing an examination, or using any certification service provided through the platform, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and the applicable policies published on this website.

2. Examination Rules & Integrity

To maintain the integrity and credibility of SKTRONIX assessments, candidates must follow the examination instructions provided on the platform:

• Each examination must be completed independently by the registered candidate.
• Candidates must not use unauthorized external resources, AI tools, websites, notes, or assistance from another person unless specifically permitted for that examination.
• Impersonation, sharing of examination access, creation of multiple accounts to bypass examination restrictions, manipulation of examination results, browser or system tampering, and other attempts to circumvent platform controls are prohibited.
• Examination time limits are monitored automatically. Refreshing the browser, closing the examination page, or leaving an active examination does not automatically pause the examination timer.
• SKTRONIX may cancel an examination attempt or restrict access where there is reasonable evidence of examination-integrity violations, fraud, misuse, or unauthorized access.

3. Free and Paid Assessments

SKTRONIX may offer both free and paid assessments:

• Free Assessment Access: Where an assessment is offered free of charge, eligible candidates may proceed directly to the examination after completing the required registration information.
• Paid Assessments: Where an assessment requires payment, the applicable examination fee must be successfully paid through the payment method provided on the platform before access to the paid examination is activated.
• Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment providers, such as Razorpay. SKTRONIX does not request or store your payment card PIN, OTP, or other confidential payment credentials.
• If payment has been successfully deducted but examination access is not activated, the candidate should contact SKTRONIX support with the registered email address and transaction reference for review.
• Refund Policy: Refund requests are governed by the SKTRONIX Refund Policy published on this website. Refund eligibility may depend on the circumstances of the transaction, including duplicate payments, payment errors, or verified technical issues.
• Failure to achieve the required examination score does not by itself constitute a payment or technical failure. Any refund request remains subject to the applicable Refund Policy and applicable law.

4. Examination Results & Certificate Issuance

A certificate is issued only when the candidate achieves the passing score specified for the applicable examination:

• Passing criteria may vary between different certification programs and will be communicated on the relevant examination page.
• Successfully completing a payment does not guarantee a passing result or certificate issuance.
• Certificate information is associated with the candidate details submitted during registration.
• Candidates are responsible for providing accurate information, particularly their full name and email address, before submitting the examination.
• A certificate may contain a unique certificate ID, serial number, QR code, or verification link that can be used to verify the certificate through the SKTRONIX verification system.

5. Certificate Verification

SKTRONIX may maintain certification records to allow the authenticity of issued certificates to be verified:

• A successful verification confirms that the certificate corresponds to a record maintained by SKTRONIX. Verification does not mean that the certificate has been accredited, endorsed, or issued by a government authority or an independent third-party certification body unless expressly stated on the certificate or website.

6. Certificate Correction or Revocation

SKTRONIX may correct, suspend, or revoke a certificate where there is a confirmed administrative error, fraudulent activity, impersonation, examination-integrity violation, invalid or reversed payment, or other material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

• Where appropriate, SKTRONIX may review the relevant records before taking such action.

7. Retakes

If a candidate does not achieve the required passing score, the candidate may attempt the examination again subject to the retake rules applicable to that particular assessment.

• Where a retake requires an additional payment, the applicable fee will be displayed before the candidate proceeds.

8. Technical Issues

If a technical problem prevents a candidate from accessing a paid examination or materially interrupts an examination, the candidate should contact SKTRONIX support as soon as possible with the registered email address, examination name, transaction reference, and relevant details.

• SKTRONIX will review the reported issue and, where appropriate, may restore examination access or provide another reasonable resolution.

9. Changes to These Terms

SKTRONIX may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to its assessment services, payment processes, security measures, or applicable requirements. The latest version will be published on this website.
